WARRANTY
At Surgical Beast, we stand behind the quality of our instrumentation. That’s why we offer a generous five-year warranty on all our products. In the unlikely event that any instrument proves defective when used for its intended purpose, we will repair or replace it at no charge, at our sole discretion.
However, please note that our warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied. We also cannot be held liable for any consequential or incidental damages of any kind, for any amount in excess of the price of our product. We do promise to replace or issue credit for any product determined to be defective in materials or workmanship, though we are not responsible for any costs incurred due to such defects.
Additionally, it is important to note that all Surgical Beast instrumentation must be returned to our facility for refurbishment, repair, or sharpening. Refurbishment of our instrumentation by any other resource will void the warranty.
